Data, purposes and legal bases
Email or telephone contact: we process information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number and enquiry, to respond and manage requests. For quotations and projects, the legal basis is taking precontractual steps at your request or performing the contract. For other enquiries, it is the legitimate interest in responding to communications addressed to AM, subject to your rights.
Operation and security: the hosting provider may process connection data, such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs, to deliver the website and prevent incidents or abuse. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in maintaining an available and secure service.
YouTube: the showreel uses an embedded privacy-enhanced player. When the player loads, your browser connects to Google/YouTube and shares technical data such as your IP address and browser information; interaction with the video is also governed by Google’s policy.
This version has no web form, newsletter or advertising pixels. Google Analytics 4 is enabled only if you accept visitor statistics. Email links open your email application; they do not automatically send a message. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making through this website.
Data retention
Enquiries are retained for the time needed to respond and complete follow-up. If a professional relationship results, data is retained for its duration and afterwards for the applicable statutory retention and liability periods.
Technical data is retained according to the service’s operational, security and incident-resolution needs. You can ask the controller for further information about retention criteria.
Providers, recipients and transfers
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Google Workspace provides AM’s email service. Google/YouTube provides the embedded showreel player; visiting external links is subject to the visited service’s policies.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards depend on the service and may include adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You can consult the policies linked below and ask the controller for information about safeguards applicable to your data.
We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed to authorities when required to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by emailing info@amaudiovisual.com. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.
Specify the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to locate your request. Additional identity information will only be requested if there are reasonable doubts; a copy of your ID is not generally required. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
