What we can prepare
We plan coverage with the organisers to understand the essential moments and how the images will be used. Conferences, corporate gatherings, brand presentations and cultural events have different rhythms: we adapt the crew and approach to each setting.
- Highlight videos and social media edits.
- Photographs of speakers, guests, atmosphere and key moments.
- Interviews and testimonials during the event.
- Recording talks or presentations as required.

How we work
We review the running order and priorities. We organise the video and photography crew around the spaces and simultaneous activities. We then select and edit the material for the agreed channels and deadlines.

Frequently asked questions
Can we book both video and photography?
Yes. We size the crew so both types of coverage can capture the moments you need.
Can you deliver content during the event?
We can discuss this in advance and plan the editing workflow and crew accordingly. It is not included automatically.
Do you also manage sound and live switching?
Yes, through our technical event production service. We can combine it with coverage in a joint proposal.
