What we can prepare
A conference, presentation or panel discussion needs every contribution to be heard and every element to arrive at the right moment. We coordinate audiovisual requirements with the organisers and venue to plan the setup, checks and live operation.
- PA systems and microphones for speakers and presentations.
- Multicamera switching and video signal management.
- Lighting and technical team coordination.
- Recording and live streaming when required.

How we work
We review the running order, venue and available equipment. We define the technical setup and crew, plan installation and carry out checks before the event. During the production, we stay in contact with the organisers.

Can you handle sound only?
Yes. We can provide sound and microphones or plan a more comprehensive audiovisual production.
Can you use the venue’s equipment?
Yes, if it meets the event’s needs. We review what is available and what needs to be added.
What do you need to prepare a proposal?
The date, venue, approximate audience size, running order, number of speakers and sound, visual, recording or streaming requirements.
